Technical Consultancy

Through internal resources and our technological partners, we offer a design and definition service of the final architecture in close contact with the customer, with the possibility of integrating equipment already in use.​


Once the project has been defined, MR TELECOM with its team of technicians can take care of the installation, wiring, configuration and all those operations that will allow the system to be put into service. In order to provide the customer with a turnkey system.​

Post Sales Services

Technical support

Through a support contract the customer will have access to the technical assistance necessary to ensure that their system and products are installed and functioning correctly. MR TELECOM thanks to its team of technicians is able to offer the customer, based on their needs, some support methods

- On premise support, with a technician intervention directly at the customer's site.
- Remote support, problem logging and tracking, online support, remote access (availability dependent on system security);

Furthermore, MR TELECOM has the possibility in its technical office to carry out hardware repairs.
